The bundles are priced individually since they vary based on AI agent package size. There is an AI monthly maintenance fee for your minutes, updates, and revisions, so you can stay busy scaling your agency while we stay busy managing your AI agents.
Any custom requests, revisions, updates, or integrations are billed per-hour for $100 an hour/per project basis.
500 AI talk time minutes included with each bundle. Multiple bundles, the minutes stack up. (Renews monthly)
Any minute overages are billed at $0.20 a minute. (Renews 1st monthly)
Regular AI updates are included if scheduled by our team for refreshes.

Here is a list of what you can expect with the process of creating your AI voice agent bundle purchase.
1. We design your AI voice agents using industry curated scripting.
2. We test them rigorously before we release them for live use.
This does not mean they're perfect, but ready to be used.
3. We setup your system integrations for passing the data through from your AI agent to the CRM for call summary, call recording URL, and call tag responses. We by default set up for this information to be deposited into the client's file.
From here, you can set up any additional automations or integrations within the CRM.
We do offer custom support in creating automations, workflows, and AI designs on a per-hour basis.
Yes, there is a monthly maintenance fee for your AI voice agents package.

This keeps your agents at peak performance without requiring your time or technical expertise.
Data-Driven Performance Enhancements: Our comprehensive call quality audits and data analysis provide insights that individual agencies often miss. We use this information to fine-tune your AI agents, improving their effectiveness and your return on investment.
These services ensure that your AI voice agents remain cutting-edge, reliable, and optimized for your specific needs, allowing you to focus on growing your insurance business rather than managing technology.
Please Note: Customizations may not be included within this service unless it is a scheduled update we are making.
No contract for this service or any of our services. The way we set this up is fairly simple, and we are happy to break it down.
- You pay our AI creation & Integration fee: We design, setup, host, and update your AI voice agents under our agency license, sub-licensed to your agency.
- If you ever decide to cancel this service, there is no cancellation fee, no hassles. We simply disconnect the agents for you.
- We keep your agents in our system, and if you ever choose to rejoin, you can just contact us and pay a small refresh fee to get the agents and integrations up to date, and then we deploy it for you again.
Your rate will be the current offered package. The benefit to staying active with us, you lock in your monthly rate and get all the updates included while a client.
Please Note: We do not provide you access to your AI voice agents, and you do not own them. This is a SaaS license for the software based on an active subscription. The creation fee is charged for integration and agent creation setup. We do not store agents typically longer than 6 months from cancellation.

- Updates to the actual AI voice agents such as voice changes or languages are managed through our change request form.
- Scheduled updates are not included in these revisions and if the change requested is within the revision, it may not be counted towards your revisions requests.
Please Note: Repetitive requests can result in additional funds being charged due to excess use of time in revisions. We cover up to 1 requests in a month from each client within your management plan.
Anything in excess of this can be charged at a per-hour basis of $100 per hour. This is to be approved in advance before updates/revisions are implemented.
Our AI provider in partnership with us offer some robust measurements to help not only with connectivity, but also with legal compliance. Although in the end, compliance falls on you as the agent, we always want to help take steps to help.
1) Account Verification Process: All clients undergo a process of business verification which entails 3rd party registration
2) Shaken/Stir Process: We setup for your number to get it registered for this which will help with phone carrier allowance.
3) A2P: If your AI will be sending out text messages outside of Secret Agent CRM, it will require a 2nd A2P authorization.
4) Pre-Call DNC Scrub: We check all calls against the National DNC list before the call can be processed through carrier.
5) Post Call Opt-Out: We have an AI in place that checks the call transcript to determine if they opted-out.
6) Call Monitoring: By us monitoring call quality, we can run checks on mass calls and look for compliance concerns to fix.
NO! In no way do we recommend that AI make changes to policies, discuss personalized coverages, or handle claims.

We believe agents are much too valuable to clients and AI is in nowhere near a place to have the intelligence and understanding of a licensed agent. We want to bring your team more conversations, retain clients, and cross sell additional policies while providing a value of alerting clients when its important, even if you are not available to.
Sure! Just one thing. That would not fall under our bundles, but instead under our custom AI agent creation, which is a higher cost, but we can train the agent to use your specific script and knowledge base if you prefer.
In order to discuss these agents, we would schedule a 15-30 minute Zoom call with our team to understand what you are looking for and then we can provide you with a price based on the time, integration, and training requirements.
Rest assured, our bundles are trained on scripting and prompting, so they can be pivotal where needed, but firm when it comes to following the rules. Let us know ASAP when purchasing if you intend to use yours.
No, the FCC did not expressly ban AI voice agents and robocalls, however, they did for spam and other illegal purposes.
Yes, you can use AI voice agents for outbound calls, but it's important to follow these guidelines:
• Get permission first: Make sure you have clear consent from people before calling them with AI voices.
• Be upfront: Let folks know they're talking to an AI at the start of the call. We do this with all of our agents to be safe.
• Respect preferences: Give an easy way for people to opt out if they don't want AI calls. We have this post-call.
