This bundle of AI voice agents through Thoughtly AI consists of AI voice agents as SaaS. We send you an onboarding form post-purchase, which we have you complete and then once we receive it, we begin your custom buildout. Typically, expect 2-3 business days per bundle average, although some are sooner. When we have them completed, we will notify you by email with instructions and training.

• We customize our AI agents with your preference of name, gender, language, accent, and live transfer numbers or calendars (Calendly or Secret Agent Calendar).

  • You receive 6 AI outbound agents with the following sales abilities.

  • 1) Policy Renewal - Contacts clients to let them know their policy renewal is soon and books or transfers.

  • 2) Missing Document - Contacts clients to let them know there is a document that needs completed. (Currently does not know what document but we are adding update soon for that to work for SACRM.)

  • 3) New Client Follow Up - Reaches out to clients and asks how things are going, if positive, asks for review, if negative, it recommends a live transfer or a call back to resolve the matter if agency is not open.

  • 4) Claim Follow Up - Contacts clients to ask them how the claim process is going, determine if need to speak with team, transfers or schedules call back if needed.

  • 5) Canceled Policy Alert - Contacts clients to let them know they recently had a policy that cancelled to see if they are open to discussing it with your team or compare rates. If in error, it can offer live transfer to save.

  • 6) Late Payment Alert - Contacts clients to let them know in a general sense they have a policy that has a potential late payment to get their interest. If needed, can live transfer to the team or schedule a call back.

• We will integrate it within your Secret Agent CRM account for the following expectations.

  • We import post-call the summary, call recording URL, and call response tags for each agent. These can be put into the same integration or separate depending on your need.
