We send you an onboarding form post-purchase, which we have you complete and then once we receive it, we begin your custom buildout. Typically, expect 2-3 business days per bundle average, although some are sooner. When we have them completed, we will notify you by email with instructions and training.

• We customize our AI agents with your preference of name, gender, language, accent, and live transfer numbers or calendars (Calendly or Secret Agent Calendar).

  • You receive 6 AI outbound agents with the following abilities.

  • 1) Cross-Sell Life - Reaches out to clients to offer them life insurance bundled with current policies.

  • 2) Contacted Not Quoted - Touches base with leads about life who prior did not become clients.

  • 3) Term Life Conversion - Contacts clients who have a term life policy expiring soon to review.

  • 4) Life Missed Payment - Contacts clients to let them know they have a potential late life payment.

  • 5) Cancelled Policy Notice - Contacts clients and lets them know they have recently had a life policy cancel.

  • 6) Policy Check-In/Upgrade - Inquires with clients if they feel they have enough life insurance in place.

• We will integrate it within your Secret Agent CRM account for the following expectations.

  • We import post-call the summary, call recording URL, and call response tags for each agent. These can be put into the same integration or separate depending on your need.
